Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 May 2026· v2026-05-13-v1
Dyllo.ai uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories: strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. Only the strictly necessary ones are always on. Analytics and marketing are loaded only with your consent, which you can change at any time from the cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the website or app saves on your device to store information useful for running the Service or analysing its use. They can be «session» cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or «persistent» (kept for a defined period). Similar technologies (pixels, SDKs, local storage) are treated like cookies for the purposes of this notice.

Categories and purposes

1. Strictly necessary

Essential for Dyllo.ai to function: authentication, session, security, language preferences and load balancing. No prior consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under the Italian DPA’s guidelines (10 June 2021).

  • sb-* — Supabase auth session (keeps you logged in). Duration: 1 year.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — selected language. Duration: 1 year.
  • dyllo:consent:v1 (local storage) — stores your cookie choice. Persistent until you change it.

2. Analytics

Help us understand how you use the Service in order to improve it. Loaded only if you accept the «Analytics» category from the banner.

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregated traffic analysis and navigation flows. IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymised heatmaps and session replays for UX debugging.
  • Hotjar — user feedback and qualitative analysis.

3. Marketing

Measure advertising performance and personalise ads. Loaded only if you accept the «Marketing» category from the banner.

  • Meta Pixel — conversion measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
  • TikTok Pixel — conversion measurement and retargeting on TikTok.

Stripe cookies

Stripe may set technical cookies during creator payouts (Stripe Connect) and legacy/admin flows for security and fraud prevention. Consumer subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play, not by Stripe. These cookies are essential for the payment flows where they apply; see Stripe’s Cookie Policy at https://stripe.com/cookie-settings.

Managing your choices

On first access you are shown a cookie banner with three options: Accept all, Reject all, Customise. Your choice is saved in your browser and respected on every subsequent visit. You can change it at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link in the footer.

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair the Service.
